7.12.2007 - Although we didn´t pull off in this year´s last exhibition, the year 2007 was for Red Jokers very successful. Ambra passed the hunting tests and reached nice results on shows she took part in and fulfilled all the requirements for breeding and became a breeding bitch. Angee also reached good results on shows and became a proprietress of the title Czech Champion. Akim (Woody) was tremendously successful on shows and gained the titles National Winner, repeatedly res. CACIB a several CAC titles. This year was exceptionally high-flying for Aischa, who apart from a rank of show titles, great appreciations collected at home as well as abroad, achieved a very good result in the competition Czech Champion of Champions (BIG 2), but above all she fulfilled the requirements for conferment of the title International Champion. Many thanks go to their breeders Linda, Simona and Honza, who accompanied us with great patience and who together made up the Red Joker Team. Also all the others Red Jokers brought happiness to their owners to whom we are grateful for their care, which they in return get back in the form of Setter´s love and devotion.

With great sorrow we must acknowledge that the year 2007 was also year of great loss. Betynka and Cecil – parents of our Andy, as well as Sean - bridegroom of Andy and father of “A” setters went for good to the dog’s heaven. They will always stay in our hearts.

We hope that the 2008 will bring for Red Jokers at least such success and happiness as this year did. As we still remember how we had our first baby setters and it seems like ages we have started preparations for setter’s betrothal for Aischa. We have decided to go abroad to visit Aischa´s bridegroom. All the information about the bridegroom and the planned new setter´s babies will follow.

17.11.2007 - International Dog Show Prague, Czech Republic

At the International Show in Prague Akim (Woody), Aischa and Angee were present. Akim got in Open class EXC 1, CAC, res. CACIB. Aischa got in Working class EXC 2, res.CAC and Angee in the same class got EXC 3. The best of breed was Yesterday´s Hero Rhedy Lebry, the dog from Germany bred by Therese and Thomas Hoevener and owned by Claudia Kaiser. Irish setters were judged by Mr. Čestmír Šrámek.

7.10.2007 - International Dog Show České Budějovice, Czech Republic

At the International Show in České Budějovice today two Red Jokers were present. Ambra (Sára) got in Open class EXC 3. Aischa did very well today and got in Champion class EXC 1, CAC and consecutively CACIB, BOB and BIG V. Photo here.

19.9.2007 - Today our thoughts are with Honza´s family who had to say goodbye to the beautiful Sean (Fabrizio Juglana), mate of our Andy and father of our first irish setters. Sean lives on through his lovely children. We are here: Ambra, Angee, Ashley, Andrey, Aaron, Archie, Artush, AISCHA and WOODY and myself ANDY.

1.9.2007 - International Dog Show Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic

Two Red Jokers successfully participated in Mladá Boleslav. There was a very good competition here today – apart from local irish setters there were in the ring also 5 irish setters from Poland and two other imported dogs. And we are very pleased that Akim (Woody) and Aischa did really very well:

Akim (Woody) got in Open class EXC 1, CAC and res. CACIB,

Aischa got in Champion class EXC 1, CAC and CACIB.

Irish setters were judged by Mr. Pavel Navrátil.

21.7.2007 - National Dog Show Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic

There were present three Red Jokers in Mladá Boleslav today.

Akim (Woody) got in open class EXC 1, CAC and BOS

Angee got in working class EXC 1, CAC and is a Czech Champion from now.

Aischa got in Champion class EXC 2.

Irish setters were judged by Mr. Zdeněk Píbl.

12.7.2007 – We are very pleased to inform that our Aischa Red Joker has received from FCI Certificate awarding her INTERCHAMPION title (Champion International de Beauté). She has become our first “home bred” Interchampion.

23.6.2007 - International Dog Show Brno, Czech Republic

At the Brno International Show Aischa Red Joker got in Champion Class res. CAC under judge Josef Hejda from the Czech Republic.

7.6.2007 - Today our thoughts are with Mrs. Špička´s family who had to say goodbye to the beautiful Beatrix Vladichov, mother of our Andy and grandmother of our A litter. Betynka lives on through his lovely children.

19.5.2007 - International Dog Show Litoměřice

There were present four members of Red Joker´s family on the show.

Akim (Woody) got in open class EXC 1, CAC

Ambra (Sara) got in open class EXC 1

Angee got in working class EXC 1

Aischa got in Champion class EXC 1, CAC and CACIB.

Irish setters were judged by Mr. František Šimek.

13.5.2007 - Club Show of The Czech Pointer and Setter Club has taken place today. As usual there were presented the best entries (including foreign entries) for the whole show season in Panenské Břežany. Irish setters were judged by a judge from Austria - Mrs. Hana Ahrens. The best of Red Jokers was Akim (Woody) who was CAC in the open class. Club winner dog was Valmont Jenny´s Irsal (also BOB and BIS) and Club winner bitch was Multi Ch Yesterday's Hero Red Roses is Diamond of our friend Alenka Pokorn from Slovenia. Congratulation!

30.4.2007 – Ambra Red Joker (Sára) successfully passed hunting test during last weekend. She has met the last condition to become stud bitch. Big congratulations to her owner Linda.

28.4.2007 - International Dog Show Prague, Czech Republic

Angee and Woody were shown today in Prague. Angee in working class was EXC 2, res. CAC and Woody in open class was EXC 1, CAC, res. CACIB. Irish setters were judged by Mrs. Simona Svatoňová. Big congratulations to Simona and Honza!!!!

21.4.2007 - International Dog Show České Budějovice, Czech Republic

Four RED JOKERS were shown today. Irish setters were judged by Mr. František Šonka and results of Red Jokers were as follows:

14.4.2007 - International Dog Show Wieselburg, Austria

At the Wieselburg International Show Aischa Red Joker got in Working Class CACA and res. CACIB under judge Diplkfm. Brigitte Igally-Igalfy from Austria. 

3.3.2007 - International Dog Show Munchen, Germany

At the Munich International show Aischa Red Joker got in Working Class CAC and CACIB under judge Manfred–Otto Gnann from Germany. It was a great day for Aischa and roaring pleasure for us as Aischa has met conditions for granting title “INTERCHAMPION”.

27.1.2007 – A year has passed and Aischa Red Joker qualified herself again in Champion of Champions Competition and she surpassed her last year’s surprising position (5th best dog of FCI group VII.) by reaching the wonderful position of the 2nd best dog of FCI group VII.

27.1.2007 - International Dog Show Trenčín, Slovakia

At the Trenčín International show Aischa RED JOKER got in Working Class CAC under judge Albín Luknár from Slovakia.

19.1.2007 – An option Setter of the year was included into the main menu. There you can find the current ranking of the Irish Setter of the year as well as the Irish Setter Kennel of the year competitions. Results of the Club Show, CACIB and CAC shows organised in the Czech Republic are taken into account in these competitions.

14.1.2007 - International Dog Show Nürnberg, Germany

At the Nürnberg International show Aischa RED JOKER got in Champion Class CAC under judge Richard Didicher from Germany.
